This individual will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the company’s investment narrative to the financial community. The ideal candidate will bring buy-side experience, a deep understanding of capital markets, and exceptional writing and communication skills.## ## What a typical day looks like:* Investor Communication: Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including earnings scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports.* Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.* Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.* Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor-friendly messaging.* Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies.* Strategic Messaging: Help craft and refine the company’s long-term equity story and investment thesis.## What we're looking to add to our team:* Experience: 7-8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance.
