The Role
Studio Coordinator (SC) – part-time or full-time entry-level position responsible for coordinating studio operations and maintaining health and safety standards in alignment with CorePower values. This role supports the Studio Manager to drive results and studio-level goals while providing a learning path to operate a studio.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire these values in others.
- Assist Studio Manager in achieving company and studio goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.
- Maintain a flexible schedule (18–29 hours per week for part-time; 32–40 hours per week for full-time) in-studio, including health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support (teaching if certified).
- Serve as the studio-level point of contact when the Studio Manager is not present.
- Manage studio supply inventory and cleanliness provisions (towels, amenities, programming materials, etc.).
- Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster community at the front desk.
- Support teachers with POS and pre/post-class duties.
- Lead and train the Studio Experience Team (SET) on cleanliness protocol and role expectations; coordinate SET scheduling and training as needed.
- Teach a minimum schedule as applicable and support class scheduling through subbing as needed.
Health, Safety and Cleanliness
- Uphold high cleanliness and safety standards in the studio, including environment, heat/humidity, music, and clutter-free spaces.
- Communicate Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and during visits.
- Maintain CPY cleanliness protocols and assist with facilities-related tasks and ticketing as needed.
- Support orientation for new SET members and training on cleanliness and role expectations.
- Coordinate studio operational systems (POS, Online Reservation System, Subbing Application, HRIS, Help Desk) and relay follow-up needs to the Studio Manager.
Teaching Schedule
With certification, support teaching and subbing as part of the studio schedule (minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week).
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrates CorePower Yoga Core Values.
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience required.
- Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification preferred; Yoga Sculpt training preferred.
- Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, payroll, etc.).
- Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and levels of seniority.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multi-deadline capabilities.
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for new projects; proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- College degree (BA/BS) preferred.

- Ability to move, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs; teaching with little notice if certified.
