Overview

UX Design Engineer. This role is designed as onsite with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Responsibilities

• You will gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders, collect requirements efficiently, and understand technical requirements.
• You will depict design concepts using process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes. The candidate will translate collected requirements into well-formed UX structures, communicate these concepts to others, and iterate quickly.
• You will create high fidelity mocks of highly technical B2B products. The candidate will work effectively in tools like Figma to deliver designs to front-end development engineers and incorporate constructive feedback.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Experience on B2B products is required
• Engineering background is preferred
• Experience in the networking industry is preferred
• Experience in frontend development is beneficial

Knowledge and Skills

• Practical knowledge of UX theory and application
• Up-to-date knowledge of Figma and other design software
• Portfolio of design projects expected during interviews
• Proficient communication in English
• Strong time management and prioritization

Salary: USD Annual Salary: $115,500.00 - $266,000.00
