Location: Berkley Height, NJ and Alpharetta, GA (Onsite - 5 Days/ week)

Job Description

As a UX Designer within the Payments Central initiative you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user centric experiences across our unified payments platform. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and visual designers to create seamless workflows and interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility and client satisfaction. This role requires strong design thinking, user research capabilities and experience in financial services or enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user journeys, wireframes and prototypes for payment processing modules.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align UX strategy with business goals.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to design system development.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
  • Support Agile teams with design assets and feedback during development cycles.
  • Stay current with UX trends, tools and best practices in financial technology.

Key Skills And Experience

  • 6-10 years of experience in UX design, preferably in financial services or enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account multiple factors including geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business needs. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered wages or compensation until earned, vested, and determinable.
