Overview

The Communications & Marketing team with our Columbus, Ohio client is launching a new intranet. The Web Communications Consultant will support Communications & Marketing and other Business Units in creating intranet sites and pages in Staffbase, the client’s new content management system.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Business Unit site owners and contributors to determine what content needs to migrate from the current Business Unit intranet site/page to the new site/page.
• Provide guidance to Business Units on site layout options.
• Assist with the migration of identified content.
• Work closely and collaboratively with Communications & Marketing and other Business Unit team members.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field, or Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development, Computer Science.
• Work Experience: Must have User Experience Engineering with at least 1 year Communications experience writing for the web.
• 6 years of related professional experience required.
• Experience with content management systems is required.
• Preference to candidates with Staffbase experience.
