Overview
Product Marketing Manager, Industry go-to-market at Stripe. You will develop go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for specific industries, and collaborate across sales, demand generation, field marketing, and communications to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue within Stripe’s existing customer base and prospects.

Be a storyteller with enterprise empathy, adapting communication to reach and engage enterprise audiences and differentiate Stripe. Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
Lead with data by working with insights to form balanced points of view for winning with enterprises and industry verticals.
Keep projects organized, managing interdependent work streams and multiple initiatives.
Explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical terms to help a broad audience understand value.
Be ambitious and thrive in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment, balancing strategic and detailed execution.
Collaborate across the Marketing team and with multiple Stripe teams to execute on initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop messaging and positioning for Stripe in target industries. Create campaign-level content, user stories, and sales enablement assets.
Work with Campaigns, Field Marketing, and Sales to build a marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand, and usage of Stripe products.
Enable sales teams to understand the value of Stripe products and competitive solutions.

Minimum Requirements
7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 in a sales-led growth role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience translating technical features into benefits for a technical audience
Ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results
Preferred Requirements
Direct work experience, or experience marketing to media, entertainment, gaming, or sports enterprises
Hybrid work at Stripe This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
In-office and remote expectations In-office: Office-assigned staff spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users to balance in-person collaboration with flexibility.
Remote: A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from an office. You are welcome to attend meetings in person, but regular work from home is expected. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote locations.
Pay and benefits The annual base salary range for this role in the US is $143,300 - $214,900. For sales roles, the range includes on-target earnings (OTE) consisting of base salary plus commissions/bonuses. Salary ranges may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request the salary range for their location during the interview process.
Additional benefits may include: equity, company or sales bonuses/commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends.
