Overview
Design Manager, Kaspick The Design Manager, TIAA Kaspick job creates, designs, and produces all materials, publications, and presentations in support of the firm's marketing, sales, and client support departments. This role effectively manages and uses brand assets across all publications and creates new designs using the organization's brand standards. Key Responsibilities and Duties
Determines and applies design and compliance standards to marketing and communication materials, from conception through the delivery of the finished product. Reviews and edits existing promotional materials for adherence to style guidelines; develops and evolves guidelines, as needed. Oversees updates and creation of a variety of reports on a quarterly basis including company overviews, market highlights, newsletter, and other client-specific reports and exhibits. Establishes and maintains guidelines for presentations and provides internal consultation to relationship managers, investment team members, and management on graphic presentations. Oversees preparation of meeting materials to further enhance client relationships. Participates in creative design for internal and external websites. Educational Requirements
University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience
3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements
