This is an onsite role with some travel for offsite events, based in Santa Clara, CA with flexible options where needed. Job Description: We are seeking an Event Operations Specialist with technical experience in supporting live and remote events using audio/visual solutions in an enterprise setting. The role involves supporting critical live events with equipment such as digital video cameras, switchers, audio mixers, wireless microphones, speakers, and HDMI connections. Remote/hybrid event support includes Zoom Meeting, Webinar, and Events, potentially integrating with hardware. Post-production work, including video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, is also required. Experience with AI tools like Google Gemini Veo, MidJourney, Moon Valley, etc., for video production or editing is essential. Location and travel: Santa Clara, CA, full-time onsite with some travel for offsite events. Responsibilities

Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless execution and meet technical requirements. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues. Coordinate with executive management, including C-level executives, for event management. Maintain professionalism and tact in all customer and partner interactions. A/V Setup and Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment such as microphones, speakers, projectors, and cameras. Provide on-site and remote technical support during events, resolving issues promptly. Monitor AV systems during events, making real-time adjustments as needed. Post-Production: Edit and enhance event recordings using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools for high-quality outputs. Add graphics, audio adjustments, and other elements to create polished videos. Leverage GenAI-powered tools to generate creative assets and automate tasks like background removal, color grading, or scene analysis. Maintain a portfolio of created videos. Qualifications

Technical Skills: Minimum 3+ years in related fields (audio/visual services, videoconferencing, event production) with a relevant bachelor's degree. Deep knowledge of AV technologies, including cameras, display devices, microphones, switchers, and connectivity. Experience with video production equipment, formats, control rooms, and digital/analog solutions. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Webex, GoToMeeting. Working knowledge of AI video tools such as Gemini Veo, MidJourney, Moon Valley. Understanding of networking protocols like TCP, UDP, HTTP, RTP. Experience with digital media on Mac/PC platforms and operating systems. Post-production skills with Adobe Suite, QuickTime, Camtasia, and Panopto are a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing environments. Ability to interface successfully with internal and external clients at multiple levels. Willingness to travel for remote setup and support. Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. Team player with adaptability. Located in the San Jose Bay Area.
