Produce customer testimonial videos, product highlight reels, and related multimedia assets. Design presentation slides for executive talks, customer briefings, and industry events. Write case studies and blog posts that demonstrate product impact and customer success. Translate technical product information into clear, concise narratives for external and internal use. Prepare press materials and coordinate with external agencies to support PR initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment. What You’ll Add To DigitalOcean
Experience producing content in multiple formats (presentations, video, written assets). Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Proficiency with visual design tools (PowerPoint/Keynote required; Adobe Creative Suite or similar a plus). Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent). Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. What This Role Offers
