We’re looking for an experienced project manager for a hybrid role based in Seattle, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Creative Services. You’ll support the day‑to‑day management of creative and marketing projects by planning, tracking, and coordinating deliverables through established workflows, ensuring projects stay on schedule and aligned with approved briefs. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders, manage timelines, and support project efficiency. You’ll also assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing and purchase order tracking to help maintain budget alignment. A continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach are essential to success. Note: This is a hybrid position based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must be comfortable coming into the office 3 days/week (Tuesday–Thursday). Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. Project Manager with intake, planning, and scheduling of creative project requests using project management tools (e.g., Asana), ensuring clear scope, alignment with briefs, and appropriate task visibility. Track project timelines and task statuses across multiple deliverables; coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely execution and smooth handoffs. Communicate proactively with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather updates, flag blockers, and provide project status throughout the lifecycle. Facilitate the creative review and approval process using proofing platforms, ensuring timely feedback, documentation, and version control. Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation to enhance transparency; process vendor invoices, log them for departmental tracking, and open purchase orders to align with the budget. Assist in maintaining the digital asset management system, ensuring accurate file handoffs, delivery, and archiving. Demonstrate a commitment to process improvements while fostering collaboration across teams. Perform other duties as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 3–5+ years of professional experience in a marketing agency, in‑house creative production, or marketing operations. Experience leading cross‑functional project teams in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment. Proven ability to mentor team members and influence stakeholders; experience with budget oversight, vendor management, and reporting. Strategic thinking with the ability to balance priorities and resources. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Teams, Outlook) and experience with Asana or other project management platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple creative projects concurrently. Understanding of digital creative workflows, asset handoff, and archiving practices; experience handling vendor invoices and PO management for budgeting. Analytical skills with experience in reporting and presenting project status to stakeholders. Ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid or remote settings and build cross‑functional relationships.
