Activate media across multiple channels including paid search, display, email & onsite (staples.com, SA.com) media. Manage key team documents to facilitate team organization i.e. media program budget trackers, flowcharts, creative specs, reporting calendar, spend/revenue tracker, promotional calendar, etc., and refine/optimize processes to improve efficiency. Identify opportunities to participate in new business pitches to expand vendors (clients) for the vendor media program; lead scoping with agency partners, lead pitches/education of media opportunities available to vendors, and execution of new programs. Collaborate on the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns. Lead calls such as agency statuses and reporting/data read-outs. Guide and support development of media campaigns (briefs, strategy development, vendor selection, budget management, etc.) to incorporate direction from key stakeholders and deliver success on campaign KPIs. Provide guidance to agency partners to develop campaign reports/findings; interpret and analyze data to optimize campaigns and understand what the data means for the Staples business/vendor. Promote and manage cross-functional collaboration within Staples internal teams (merchandising, marketing, media, inventory, promotional, etc.). Serve as day-to-day contact for external facing teams (Staples vendor partners and multiple media agencies). Foster holistic media plans and reporting between agencies. Qualifications
What you bring to the table: Knowledge and experience supporting digital media strategies including planning, execution, and measurement. Ability to communicate the business value of digital media and how it contributes to driving supplier sales. Strong process and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting. Familiarity with multiple digital media channels. Relationship-driven with the ability to build credible and trusting relationships in a dynamic environment with a broad range of colleagues, executive stakeholders & business partners (internal + external). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with unique deliverables and timelines. Skilled in project management, with experience juggling multiple projects and delivering media campaigns from launch to completion. What’s needed - Basic Qualifications
5+ years of advertising/media or account management experience serving clients; agency experience preferred. What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications
E-commerce, experience in a retail media network or with retail brands is a plus. We Offer
