OVERVIEW As a
Clinical Content Consultant – Pharmacist (Informatics) , you will participate in the development and maintenance of detailed and specialized clinical content to support proprietary domestic and international databases. Further, while ensuring consistency across Wolters Kluwer Health Products, you will apply clinical experience analyzing product labeling and evaluating drug-related literature to determine appropriate, meaningful inclusion of new information in our databases.
Finally, you will be responsible for creating and revising high quality drug information consistent with the format and structure of the databases as well as expected behavior of the data when coupled with software logic in Wolters Kluwer Health products. This includes participation in creation of rules and value sets as well as maintenance of and mapping to standard terminologies to support our expert solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement complex value sets and rules.
Ensure high accuracy through rigorous quality control.
Analyze and integrate stakeholder feedback into clinical content.
Oversee specialized internal documentation processes.
Facilitate upskilling and knowledge transfer within the team.
Develop and refine comprehensive clinical content strategies.
Ensure clinical content adheres to evidence-based standards.
Validate and update complex standard terminologies and mappings.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on clinical content.
Provide critical feedback to enhance clinical content quality.

Clinical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of advanced clinical terminology and concepts.

Literature Synthesis: Advanced ability to synthesize scientific literature.

QUALIFICATIONS Education:
Degree in Pharmacy (either BS or PharmD)
Experience:
5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
Informatics background preferred
Ability to interpret and manipulate data and exercise clinical judgement
Active pharmacist license in any U.S. jurisdiction (unencumbered)
Creation of rules and value sets as well as maintenance of and mapping to standard terminologies to support our expert solutions
SQL and Microsoft Power Automate experience preferred

COMPENSATION Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $157,850 - $221,200
