Marketing Manager
Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to revenue growth. Working closely under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, this role is instrumental in coordinating campaigns, creating content, and maintaining organized workflows across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and posting for social media, email newsletters, and blogs.
Track campaign performance metrics, compile reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and digital asset libraries.
Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and vendor coordination.
Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and creative with a willingness to learn!
