What to Expect
Consider before submitting an application:This position is expected to start January 2026 and continue through the entire Spring term(i.e., through May)or into early Summer 2026, if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before applying. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per weekbeforeapplying. Again, please do not apply until you know you can work 40 hours per week. This is required for external applicants. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

We provide an experience that allows for the intern to experience life at Tesla by giving them projects that are critical to their team's success. The People Content team is seeking a Graphic Design intern to join us in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. Design, develop, and deliver HR content for a variety of sources and channels Implement people content plans quickly Review content to ensure it is of high quality Identify and drive opportunities to enhance visuals/processes in programs, events, and initiatives Model a collaborative, creative, fun, results-driven culture
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field Strong understanding of graphic design, motion design, typography & branding principles Ability to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/software Skilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
