Position Summary
The Director of Growth & Content is a full-stack performance marketer and strategic storyteller. This role leads paid media, creative strategy, and performance content marketing—responsible for driving fan acquisition, engagement, and retention through full-funnel campaigns. You will own the digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, while partnering closely with creative, ticketing, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on both building and optimizing. Responsibilities

The three-time MLS Supporters\' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company RedBull, for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation\'s premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k match, family leave, PTO & paid holidays, pet, legal, and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified. Travel requirements: 0-10%.
