Warner Chappell Music is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and deeply collaborative Senior Vice President, Strategic Integration & Operations to join our global leadership team. This highly visible role will serve as a key partner to our Co-Chairs, Global Department Leaders, and Managing Directors, helping to shape the future of music publishing and enhancing our commitment to supporting songwriters globally.* Partner with the Co-Chairs, Global Leads, and Managing Directors to define, track, and drive annual company goals and strategic priorities.* Work with Global Leads and Managing Directors to design and refine their annual goals and objectives.* Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for Board meetings, serving as a key presenter and trusted voice.* Lead the preparation and facilitation of executive leadership meetings, ensuring clear agendas, driving discussions toward key decisions, and holding senior leaders accountable for action items to maintain organizational alignment.* Help define and refine the long-term strategic direction of Warner Chappell Music, always with an eye toward supporting our songwriters and creative partners.* Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and mission-driven.* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing people, and successfully implementing initiatives, with a strong action-oriented approach preferably within the music industry or related creative sectors.* Proven track record of driving complex global initiatives and building strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams.* Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style. The ability to "win hearts and minds" and build relational capital is essential.* Experience presenting to boards and senior executives.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at navigating complex organizational structures with warmth and compassion.Background/experience in business psychology (industrial-organizational psychology) is a plus
