The Product Marketing Manager is a cross functional role that connects product, marketing, and sales to accelerate growth, equip commercial teams, and support expansion into markets such as data centers, EV infrastructure, and stormwater systems. It requires both strategic insight and hands-on execution to impact revenue, sales velocity, and market adoption. Location

Principle Accountabilities Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

Develop and articulate differentiated value propositions grounded in customer needs and technical product strengths. Create messaging frameworks for internal and external use, tailored to digital, sales, and product applications.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Lead GTM (go to market) planning and execution for new products, verticals, and regional launches. Align cross-functional teams for consistent, high-impact execution in the market.

Sales Enablement

Develop and maintain sales tools such as one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, battlecards, and internal briefings. Support channel and distributor efforts with accurate, updated product materials. Streamline the creation of sales content to reduce custom work for field teams.

Customer & Market Insights

Conduct customer interviews, win / loss analyses, and competitive research to inform marketing and product decisions. Translate insights into actionable strategies for sales, marketing campaigns, and product development.

Content & Storytelling

Lead the creation of product highlights, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with creative teams to communicate technical benefits through compelling narratives.

AI-Driven Execution

Utilize generative AI tools to increase content production efficiency, support research, and test messaging.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Serve as a strategic connector across 10+ regional teams to ensure unified messaging, tools, and execution. Facilitate communication and alignment between Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
