We’re Adsurdly - a boutique marketing agency working with some of the largest Law Firms in the nation, delivering cases to their doorstep. We’re an IN-PERSON marketing agency out of the DMV area, and we’re looking to hire someone, with the intention of moving them to the DMV area, to work alongside us.
We are looking for someone who has experience managing people and projects in the social space, and someone who is able to work with an international team as well as manage in-person and branded content. The hope is for this person to RUN our Video Department. So, if you’re new to the field, lack deep experience, or don’t have the desire to own/manage a department, this job might not be for you.

As our Creative Associate, you'll be the architect of our video success story. Your playground? Video Ads – where you'll turn video into conquests, ad copies into compelling narratives, and budgets into ROI magic. Your canvas? Legal marketing for personal injury and mass torts, where every click holds the potential for justice.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE:
Day to Day - You would be leading an international creative team, writing, QC’ing, and managing social ads while guiding collaboration across time zones. You will produce and oversee branded content for both B2B and B2C audiences, film in-person shoots for internal and external projects, and create YouTube content for the agency.
