Apply today and be part of Sheridan Memorial Hospital’s mission of excellence. Responsibilities Supports activities of Marketing Dept., coordinates internal and external communication and activities. Develop content strategy for SMH communication platforms/channels. Manage SMH social media channels through planning, posting, and analytics. Develop branded graphics and content for marketing campaigns and service line development across internal and external channels (websites, social media, YouTube, collateral, email, online advertising, and print). Manage planning platforms (e.g., Trello). Track spending and review Marketing/Communications budget weekly/monthly. Produce and distribute marketing materials (brochures, business cards) including design and printing. Produce and distribute staff communications (print and digital/email). Foster a culture of kindness at SMH among employees. Represent SMH and the Marketing dept at hospital events and community events as appropriate. Collaborate with administration and staff to plan staff activities and promote them via communication tools. Work with Patient Relations and Volunteer Services on events/activities. Attend weekly staff meetings, provide project updates and input on hospital and departmental matters. Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field. Minimum of two years of communications, marketing or related community experience, preferred. Additional Skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong presentation skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and email marketing. Strong written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong creative skills. Specific demands not listed: Possible exposure to blood and/or body fluids, infectious disease, hazardous waste requiring PPE. Exposure to odorous chemicals/specimens and latex products. Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required.
