Marketing Associate
Fox TV Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These stations are located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment, and syndicated content, these stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.
Job Description
We're seeking a Marketing Associate who is eager to make an impact at the intersection of media, entertainment, and innovation. In this role, you'll be a key player on the FTS LAUNCHlab team, bringing campaigns to life and driving the success of our stations nationwide. What You'll Do:
- Support the planning, development, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across TV, digital, and social platforms.
- Manage the creation and distribution of engaging marketing assets - from on-air promos and digital ads to social media content and press materials.
- Help grow our digital and social presence by creating compelling content, managing schedules, and tracking results.
- Manage project trackers, calendars, and digital libraries to ensure the team stays on top of deadlines and creative stays fresh.
- Assist with planning and executing promotional events, activations, and community outreach - with opportunities to travel.
- Contribute to LAUNCHlab projects by creating toolkits, one-sheets, and resources that drive strategy forward.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (bonus points if it's in media, entertainment, or broadcast).
- A strong grasp of digital marketing, social strategy, and brand promotion.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and sharp attention to detail.
- A passion for juggling multiple projects while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the drive to jump in, contribute, and make an impact.
