Senior Specialist, Visual Merchandising (Soma) Job at Chico's FAS in Fort Myers

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for supporting the Visual Merchandising team with the execution of all visual floor-set and promotional direction documents for both Frontline and Outlet.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports in delivering all Frontline & Outlet visual communications to the field organization; including visual updates, promotional direction, product info, Style Guide information, tests, rollouts, etc.

• Establishes consistent partnerships with Merchant teams in all departments to obtain a strong understanding of monthly product deliveries.

• Understands the visual calendar and milestone dates.

• Supports the monthly floor set documentation process for each delivery by capturing style placement information by collection, providing substitutions, seasonal buys.

• Participates in the floor-set planning process from concept to store execution to ensure on time delivery; marketing components and floor-set document.

• Partners with Store Operations on product knowledge to build brand consistency within communication tools.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 0-2 years retail and/or visual related experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft 365

• Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative suite and InDesign

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated technical and graphic skills

• Proven organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail

• Highly creative with a strong fashion sense
