Are you an experienced Environment Artist with a passion for creating stylised, immersive worlds that balance atmosphere, clarity, and performance?

This is an opportunity to join a creative team working on a new multiplayer combat game where martial arts collides with elemental magic. You’ll help shape modular environments and dynamic arenas that define the foundation of a brand-new IP.

Responsibilities

• Creating modular 3D environment kits, props, and terrain aligned with the art direction
• Building and dressing combat arenas that support player flow, readability, and engaging gameplay
• Collaborating with level designers to ensure environments enhance pacing and combat clarity
• Working with technical artists to optimize performance and create efficient shaders and materials
• Iterating on playtest feedback to refine composition, navigation, and player experience
• Contributing to the creative vision of a stylised multiplayer brawler built in Unreal Engine 5

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an environment artist in games (indie, AA, or AAA)
• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, Maya or Blender, and Substance tools
• A solid eye for stylised visuals, composition, and colour
• Experience with modular environment workflows and performance optimisation
• Bonus: Background in lighting or cinematic set dressing
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a small, senior-led team
