Job Overview: Are you ready for an exciting career as a Presentation Designer? As part of a global team of over 150 graphic specialists you will work alongside international project teams to design and layout impactful presentations and solve problems creatively. The role is based in Warsaw.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you are first and foremost a business communicator who collaborates with partners and consultants to transform concepts into compelling visual presentations.

You should apply if you are highly motivated, willing to learn new things, have an aesthetic eye, and excellent attention to detail. You are also deadline driven, organized and understand how people view and understand content.

This is a hybrid role that may require in-office presence depending on project needs. Some locations may have different working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit and lay out information in PowerPoint and MS Office templates; from day-to-day project material to high-profile pitch or conference presentations
• Collaborate with partners, consultants and team members to create compelling presentations
• Keep up-to-date on software, technical knowledge and design trends

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of presentation design experience
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and the MS Office Suite
• Aesthetic eye and interest in design subjects
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who can also work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills

Compensation and Benefits

The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,000 to $95,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We offer a competitive total rewards package including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
