About the role

In this role you’ll be working directly with the Group Creative Director to help build the creative offering at our fast-growing agency and have exposure to projects across the wider IPG network. You will:

  • Create design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives.
  • Develop strong video, print and digital design for a wide range of assignments, including branding, social content, layout, storyboarding, mockups, infographics, presentations, print collateral and signage.
  • Beyond just design, you’ll help concept ideas and brainstorm activations.
  • Incorporate creative/design/layout best practices for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
  • Ensure all visual design adheres to existing brand guidelines.
  • Wear multiple hats: you may drive the creative/design process by acting as producer, retoucher, illustrator, photographer, animator, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across teams and disciplines
  • Join client meetings, brainstorms and planning sessions for ongoing projects.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with creative team colleagues.

The bottom line: you’ll be tasked with pushing for bold, creative, exciting ideas and designs across platforms and formats in ways our clients have never seen before.

More Stuff You Should Have

  • 5+ years of Art direction/design experience
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and experience in PowerPoint, After Effects, etc.
  • An interest in the healthcare/pharmaceutical space
  • An ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • A love of creativity
  • A willingness to learn and continue learning

NYC Salary range: $115,000 - $150,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on various factors including current/former employee ranges, market considerations, tenure, experience, and qualifications.
