Profitably deploy $500k/month across Google and Yelp to generate qualified HVAC leads and booked jobs for our clients. Efficiency over ego. Scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
Outcomes & Scorecard (what you’re paid to deliver)
- Blended CPL at or below baseline, trending down 10–20% by Day 90; keep CAC within “good enough” bands vs. industry and push LTV/CAC up as we scale
- Booked jobs per $1K spend: set baseline in 30 days; improve by 15% by Day 90.
- Reliable testing machine: 20+ Google experiments/month (keywords, match types, RSA pinning, P-Max asset groups), 10+ Yelp experiments/month (categories, geos, budgets, creatives).
- Creative pipeline: 50 hooks/headlines/angles monthly feeding RSAs, sitelinks, assets, and Yelp ad variations
- Tracking hygiene: 100% conversion tracking, call tracking, and CRM passthrough; zero orphaned leads.
- Spend pacing: ±5% of weekly target while protecting efficiency.
What You’ll Own
- Channel ownership: Google Search/P-Max + Yelp Ads end-to-end—account structure, budgeting, pacing, QA, and reporting.
- Testing system: Hypothesis backlog, rapid iteration, and scale rules—more, better, new ads, always
- Creative coordination: Brief in-house creatives for assets; you supply hooks, angles, proof, and CTAs (callouts, value elements, CTAs)
- Conversion plumbing: Tag Manager, call tracking, offline conversions, and CRM sync so we optimize to booked jobs, not vanity clicks.
- Yelp excellence: Category/geo selection, profile optimization, review strategy alignment, and lead quality controls.
Must-Haves
- 2–5 years as an IC managing $100k+/mo across multi-account portfolios.
- Deep Google Ads (Search + P-Max) and Yelp Ads chops for home services.
- Expert in conversion tracking, call tracking, and offline conversion imports.
- Obsessed with testing cadence, clean data, and clear outcomes.
Compensation & Setup
- On-site. OTE $100,000 - $125,000 (Base + KPI bonus tied to blended CPL and booked jobs/$1K spend).
- Tools: You define the stack; we fund what improves speed/accuracy.
