Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners to leading brands and agencies, selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of LCS, you will work at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives and delivering impactful results for global businesses and users.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying client issues to define customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of video and creator industry trends.
  • Understanding of buying requirements and timelines in the US streaming market.
  • Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem and media/marketing landscape.
  • Ability to dissect data and analysis to uncover insights and opportunities and develop compelling sales pitches.
  • Track record of leading strategy development across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent collaborator with a passion for building meaningful relationships.

In this role, you will be a proactive and specialized video strategist in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will build insights and strategies to close sponsorship packages, creator brand deals, and navigate the evolving video landscape. You will understand how YouTube sponsorships and creator partnerships support advertiser objectives. Google’s LCS teams sell Google's full suite of advertising solutions and work with executives to drive growth.

Salary information: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, location, and other factors. The recruiter can share location-specific details during the hiring process. Compensation details reflect base salary and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities

  • Analyze viewership data and emerging cultural trends to uncover provocative, actionable insights for brand partners.
  • Translate insights into compelling, story-driven sales narratives and materials to win major creator and sponsorship deals.
  • Collaborate with clients and agency partners to understand business issues and develop custom creator strategies that drive measurable ROI.
  • Serve as a primary partner to the sales team, providing expert consultation on creator-led campaigns and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Scale creator expertise across the organization by developing and distributing thought leadership, marketplace reports, and scalable playbooks.
