Responsibilities

1. Create digital products and services from initial concept to final delivery
2. Contribute to projects with a strong foundation in visual design quality
3. Apply advanced understanding of UI/UX patterns and principles in your daily work
4. Develop design systems ranging from lean to complex solutions, ideally using Figma and its features such as Autolayout, Components/Variants, and Variables/Tokens
5. Create interactive prototypes from low-res wireframes to microinteractions
6. Have a basic understanding of user research, testing, and user-centric design approaches
7. Support strategic project aspects with our design strategists
8. Facilitate remote and on-site workshops with our Design Directors
9. Experience in branding is a plus, but not essential

Your Profile

1. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe
2. Basic prototyping skills using tools like Figma, InVision, Axure
3. Deep knowledge of digital design and UX, including site architecture and interaction patterns
4. Ability to conduct market and user research, synthesize findings, and present insights
5. Strong visual design skills and ability to lead creative sessions
6. Experience creating design systems and visual languages
7. Mentorship skills for junior designers
8. Excellent presentation skills
