Responsibilities
Perform basic public service duties (provide answers to directional questions, answer the phone and basic email inquiries, direct reference questions to the appropriate member of the library staff, etc.), check in/out materials, shelve books, assist members of the university community find needed information, and assist in special projects.
Qualifications
Preferred Education/Experience: Previous library or customer service experience preferred.
