About The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Marketing Specialist who’s excited to get hands-on and help deliver meaningful, conversion-driving campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage email and SMS programs that engage customers across the full journey, from discovery to repeat purchase. You’ll spend your time creating compelling content, refining audience segmentation, testing and optimizing campaigns, and tracking performance to uncover new opportunities for growth.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to ensure every campaign reflects the brand’s personality and drives measurable impact across both DTC and wholesale channels. What You’ll Do
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns including segmentation, automation, A/B testing, campaign setup, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual campaign planning by preparing assets, building campaigns, and ensuring timely execution against the marketing calendar.
- Implement campaigns that align with brand briefs, product launches, and promotional priorities across retail and wholesale channels.
- Develop and refine campaign copy to reflect brand voice, campaign goals, and audience segmentation.
- Write compelling email and SMS content, including subject lines, headlines, CTAs, and product messaging.
- Coordinate content planning by audience segment and campaign type to ensure cohesive and conversion-focused messaging.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated flow messaging across the customer journey (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
- Partner with CRM stakeholders to enhance personalization, retention, and loyalty initiatives using behavioral and transactional data.
- Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, revenue per send, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, offers, segmentation, and send times to drive continuous improvement.
- Forecast, analyze, and report on campaign and flow performance in weekly marketing and monthly finance reviews.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and update them regularly to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM/email/SMS marketing for eCommerce (experience across DTC and B2B a plus).
- Proficient in Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify, with the ability to build, test, and optimize campaigns and flows using platform features.
- Strong copywriting skills, able to craft engaging, brand-right, and conversion-focused messaging across email and SMS.
- Demonstrated success in driving conversion, engagement, and revenue growth through well-executed campaigns and optimizations.
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalization tactics, and audience segmentation, with experience applying these to campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience running A/B tests, monitoring KPIs, and creating actionable reports.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple projects at once, balancing creative development with timely, performance-driven execution.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for working cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and best-in-class brand experience.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement approach to campaign performance and content quality.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
