RMG Labs is a software startup based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We specialize in building AI tools, fintech platforms, automation systems, and next-generation software products. Our work spans both client-facing solutions and internal innovation projects.

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence, support active projects, and manage content across platforms. This is a part-time, in-person position based in Las Vegas. You will work directly with the team on-site to plan, capture, and create content that aligns with our brand and technical initiatives.

Job Type

• Schedule: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule social media content across various social media platforms
• Capture and edit video, photo, and written content during in-person sessions
• Assist in filming short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and project updates
• Write captions, post copy, and content descriptions
• Monitor platform performance, trends, and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the team on brand voice, storytelling, and content direction

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Comfortable using editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop)
• Experience capturing video and photos using a smartphone or camera
• Knowledge of current social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently during on-site sessions
• Portfolio or content examples are highly recommended
