Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Music Store Associate for a full-time position at San Diego Music Studio. This is an on-site role that involves assisting customers with their musical needs, maintaining store displays, and promoting products. The associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and supporting store management in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Loyalty, and Communication skills
• Retail Sales and Store Management experience
• Passion for music and familiarity with musical instruments
• Extra incentives for repair or teaching experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in music is a plus
