Overview

We are seeking candidates to serve as our next Music Director.

Location: Buffalo, NY | Status: Full-Time | Pay: $50,000 - $55,000/year

Responsibilities

• Lead symphonic choral ensembles in professional, collegiate, or community settings.
• Demonstrate excellence in conducting, vocal pedagogy, and choral preparation of major works.
• Collaborate with orchestras and conduct large-scale choral-orchestral repertoire.
• Maintain a strong command of diction for Latin, German, French, and Italian repertoire.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in music with advanced training in choral conducting.
• Significant experience leading symphonic choral ensembles in professional, collegiate, or community settings.
• Proven track record of conducting large-scale choral-orchestral repertoire.
• Experience collaborating with orchestras.
• Strong diction in Latin, German, French, and Italian repertoire.
