Pay Rate: $28.00 – $29.25/hour
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Location: Hybrid – Beverly Hills, CA

Overview

This team oversees the sales and marketing of physical music products (vinyl, CDs, etc.). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and manage multiple team meetings
• Prepare and distribute sales materials: agendas, decks, media, follow-ups
• Deliver weekly commercial one-sheets to distribution partners
• Manage Ad Planner process and gather related assets
• Track label funding approvals and pre-order performance
• Collect and submit social media and retail assets
• Ensure retail buy links are accurate and up-to-date
• Liaise with global teams on international releases
• Perform general admin tasks and light graphic support (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Fast learner with a detail-focused mindset
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Music industry experience preferred
• Familiar with Airtable, Slack, and digital collaboration tools
• Knowledge of physical music products and retail landscape a plus
