Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for our organization while managing communication efforts with various stakeholders. As a key member of the marketing team, you will help create and implement PR strategies that promote our brand and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns
• Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and communications materials
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, journalists, and influential stakeholders
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public relations activities
• Organize promotional events, press conferences, and media outreach efforts
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance online presence

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with media relations and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
