U.S. Bank is hiring: Full Stack Web Developer - JavaScript in Minneapolis

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with experience in containerized applications and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and user-friendly.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.* Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience* Three to five years of relevant experience* Strong understanding of JavaScript* Solid understanding of backend development using NodeJS and Express.* Experience with Rancher for container orchestration* Familiarity with other frontend frameworks and libraries.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.Strong experience with Vite for frontend development.Experience with Docker and containerized applications.Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Knowledge ofmicroservices architecture, RESTful API design and implementation.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Knowledge of database management systems such as PostgreSQL, or MySQL.Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.Knowledge of security best practices in web development.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.At U.S. Bank, we’re on a journey to do our best.
