What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone obsessed with converting organic views into traffic and converting traffic into sales. We believe in rapid iteration and data driven decision making. To be successful in this job, you must ideate, test, evaluate, learn, and iterate extremely rapidly. We don’t expect you to have all the answers on your first day, but we do expect you to be closer to those answers by day’s end.

The Mission

Your mission is to grow company revenues, which will directly contribute to our mission of delivering a better baseball experience for baseball enthusiasts around the world.

Objectives

Your success in this role will be measured in terms of click through rate, conversion rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value. Your specific objectives are as follows:

  • Increase 4APP’s conversion rate by 50%+ within 12 months
  • Reduce 4APP’s monthly churn rate within 6 months and achieve our target % within 12 months
  • Increase Momentum and 4APP customer LTV within 6 months
  • Achieve Momentum’s target conversion rate within 6 months while maintaining AOV
  • Improve email CTR by 50% within 6 months and 100% within 12 months

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design strategies to drive traffic, CTR, Conv%, and LTV (CTAs, sales copy, up sells and down sells, win back campaigns, nurture campaigns, email and text flows, VSLs, loyalty programs, etc.)
  • Develop feedback loops to measure success (A/B testing, GA4 integrations, social media analytics, surveys, etc.)
  • Implement those strategies across our platforms (4APP, website, email list, texting list, paid ad campaigns, organic content, etc.)
  • Obsess over the associated analytics, user behavior, and funnel data (CTR, Conv%, Churn%, AOV, LTV, etc.)
  • Iterate on your strategies at light speed (test your hypothesis as rapidly as possible)
  • Turn our popular organic content into paid ads and scale them profitably

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven results growing in app conversions and boosting retention for subscription based models (show us proof of conversion and churn wins).
  • Proven results optimizing sales funnels for e-commerce and DTC brands
  • Mastery of A/B testing at each stage of a sales funnel (implementation and analysis)
  • Mastery of CRM systems (specifically HighLevel).
  • Killer data analytics skills to drive decisions.
  • Experience adapting organic content to paid ads that scale profitably
  • Experience writing sales copy for emails, landing pages, product descriptions and paid ads
  • Ready to work full-time in Phoenix (up to $5K relocation covered).
  • Passion for baseball.
