Role Responsibilities

  • Financing: Assist customers with acquiring financing solutions, obtain rates, correspond with lenders and banks, and present loan terms related to the purchase of the vehicle. Maintain an excellent working relationship with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Product Sales: Provide customers with a thorough understanding of aftermarket products like extended warranties, gap insurance, and other protection plans to generate additional revenue. Build rapport with customers to create potential referral sources.
  • Paperwork & Compliance: Process necessary paperwork for financing, including credit applications, loan documents, and insurance forms. Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

Employee Prerequisites

  • Onboarding completed within days of applying
  • 2 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position
  • Flexible schedule
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers
