Overview

Producer Administration Specialist at Americo Financial Life and Annuity. The role is responsible for the full cycle of Agent Contracting in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate guidelines, prioritizing work and maintaining high accuracy to meet department service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough review of agent contracting including background investigations and entry of data into source systems
• Review, make decisions, and take appropriate actions to onboard agents
• Process state appointments and terminations according to state and corporate guidelines
• Process maintenance requests including EO, Producer Errors, AML, and continuing education to ensure agents are compliant with state and corporate guidelines
• Daily communication with agents, IMOs, and internal customers

Qualifications and Skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize work to ensure timely completion of all tasks
• Independent problem-solving abilities
• Desire and ability to take ownership of work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
