Job Description
As a Senior UX Designer for one of the nations most recognized retail brands, youll design intuitive, engaging digital experiences that transform how millions of customers shop and interact every day. Youll work at the intersection of innovation and scale, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver forward-thinking retail solutions that seamlessly blend business goals with customer needs. Your work will directly shape the digital touchpoints of a brand trusted in households across the country.
What Youll Do
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions solve real customer problems.
- Design end-to-end experiencesfrom flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypesthat are clear, usable, and visually engaging.
- Partner with product managers to strategically solve complex challenges and prioritize features with the greatest customer impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and research teams to translate concepts into production-ready designs.
- Contribute to a consistent visual and interaction design language across products and channels.
- Plan and participate in user testing sessions, turning insights into actionable design improvements.
- Lead or participate in design workshops to align teams, spark ideas, and refine solutions.
- Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
