Senior User Experience (UX) / Product Designer Full-time / Contract | Remote About DoveRunner: DoveRunner offers complete mobile application and content security solutions designed for how the world works today—across applications and devices. Role Description: As a UX / Product Designer at DoveRunner, you will play a crucial role in defining how customers interact with our platform. This role will collaborate with Product Owners (POs), Engineering, Marketing, and will be a vital member of the Operations team.
Responsibilities
Work directly with POs and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical constraints.
Translate product requirements into intuitive, secure, and modern user experiences.
Develop an understanding of the Cyber Security industry and maintain product parity with competitors.
Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect the platform’s new brand and design language.
Develop and maintain the product design system.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and internal feedback sessions to validate design decisions and drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and align with user needs.
Advocate for best practices, including accessibility standards.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as a UX / Product designer with experience in B2B SaaS, web consoles, dashboards, or enterprise software environments.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, with emphasis on critical thinking, complex workflow-driven systems, and data-driven UI design.
Self-starter, able to take initiative to drive projects forward, work independently, and set the standard for the future of DoveRunner’s user experience.
Ability to work with stakeholders across international time zones.
Strong communication skills and the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with cybersecurity workflows, terminology, and compliance standards.
Working knowledge of front-end development frameworks (HTML / CSS / React).
Experience working with design systems in a multi-product environment.
Experience with marketing design and brand compliance.
