The Director of US Value Communication & Payer Strategy will lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategies that articulate the clinical and economic value of FILSPARI to payers, healthcare decision-makers, and other stakeholders in the US healthcare system. This role is responsible for creating compelling, evidence-based communication materials specific to FILSPARI, supporting payer negotiations, and building value proposition frameworks to optimize market access, reimbursement, and formulary placement for FILSPARI. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Lead end-to-end development of US payer strategies, including segment-specific value propositions and market access levers. Value Communication: Craft and oversee core scientific and economic communication materials (e.g., value dossiers, slide decks, payer-facing materials) ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Payer and reimbursement field teams, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Marketing, and Legal to integrate value messaging across segments, new indication launch plans and lifecycle management. Payer Engagement & Training: Support field teams and commercial leadership by providing training, tools, and insights to enhance payer engagements. Evidence Generation: Partner with HEOR to identify data gaps, guide post-hoc analyses, and translate outcomes into actionable payer narratives. Market Intelligence: Monitor payer policies, reimbursement trends, competitor positioning, and legislative changes to proactively inform strategy adjustments. Brand Planning: Contribute to brand planning process, including market access strategy and tactical planning, in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Market Research & Advisory Boards: Leverage payer market research and advisory boards to generate actionable insights for payer engagement strategies. Promotional Compliance Support: Support the review process for promotional materials to ensure regulatory and legal compliance. Implementation & Pull-Through: Support field Payer and reimbursement teams to drive effective implementation of promotional materials and pull-through programs. Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or MA) preferred with concentration in marketing, life sciences, or related fields. 10+ years of combined relevant experience in market access, sales/marketing, HEOR, payer analytics, market research, or strategic brand consulting in Biotech/Pharma; minimum of 5 years with progressive leadership experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Additional Skills / Experience

Experience with medications distributed via specialty pharmacy models. Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands; strong analytical skills to build narratives. Experience developing payer and segment-specific marketing insights and incorporating payer considerations into brand/strategic planning. Experience developing and managing a promotional budget; understanding of corporate finance basics (gross/net sales, P&L, COGs, working capital). Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically. Our compensation package includes base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives (company stock). Target Base Pay Range:
