About the Role: This role is for the A/B Testing Team. Our mission is to empower all businesses to make better decisions through experimentation. We help people learn what works for their creative audiences budgets and strategies across organic and paid content - Facebook Instagram and beyond. Our products are built on scientifically validated methodologies but simplified so that every business - whether neighborhood boutique or worldwide retailer - can leverage experimentation to understand what works and grow their business. Building robust scientifically-grounded solutions while maintaining simplicity and value for all businesses. Consolidating design system frameworks and patterns for a more consistent and usable test platform. Scaling products and offerings toward smaller businesses and democratizing experimentation. Key Traits for This Role
Synthesizing complexity into clear solutions leveraging concepts and models that help the whole team understand the problem more clearly. Refined sense of craft and visual design a strong sense of the larger visual system and where to push boundaries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate a design vision. What We’re Looking For
A product designer who proactively collaborates with cross-functional teammates and builds relationships with other Facebook teams to deliver impactful solutions for real advertiser problems. A designer who excels at systems thinking leveraging deep customer research and making complex systems simple will thrive in this space. Strong prioritization skills history of identifying the critical opportunities and focusing an organization on those efforts. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
