Sr. Onsite and Prime Lead, AHS Central Marketing

The AHS Performance Marketing Team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed and tenured people manager, to own end to end planning, strategy and execution of AHS Engagement Marketing for all Health Programs and Services businesses (i.e. Amazon One Medical, One Medical Pay Per Visit, Amazon Pharmacy, Health Conditions Programs and future business verticals). Scope:
In this role you will be the strategic lead for AHS Onsite and Prime Marketing, helping develop the vision, near and long term goals and product roadmaps. You will be working on strategic projects around Homepage and Prime Marketing and also lead planning, executing and oversight to ensure timely delivery of goals. This includes identifying the foundational product and marketing requirements to develop and grow our customer funnel (acquisition-re-engagement), along with identifying who is your customers for the different product/services offered. Accountable/Goals:
You will be responsible for defining and growing key marketing led metrics for one or more AHS businesses (first to nth purchase, winning back attrited customers, driving deeper value from repeat customers etc), experimenting to build efficient customer messaging and creative direction, working closely with brand and XCM to develop value proposition, owning onsite (homepage/prime/browse/search) channel strategies, building and reporting OPx and LRP forecasts, and then lead execution in partnership with various product, engineering leads and marketing contractors. You will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for your efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who experienced in building and growing a business using Onsite/Prime marketing, specifically customer acquisition funnel, has direct experience working with Engineering teams, writing product requirement docs, is well versed on developing and measuring downstream impact for both new and tenured businesses. In addition, you work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, influence partner teams to align on near and long term strategy and have experience working with BI/DE and Tech teams to develop efficient strategies. You are expected to be an experienced Amazon doc writer and x'BR presenter. Own AHS Onsite and Prime Marketing Vision, Strategy and Execution to drive business goals Build foundational marketing tech and product requirements necessary to deliver from 0 to 1 in year 1 and build further to scale from 1 to 100. Build and own content marketing plans/calendar for each channel and oversee execution Develop a customer backward and insights driven approach that informs the marketing budget for the paid channels (direct mail/in-office) and work with finance and BI/DE to build an attribution model for such channels Build mechanisms that allows this team to learn from an experimentation mind-set and educates leadership about tradeoffs/big bet areas Work closely with Creative and Design partners to develop and deliver the engagement charter Represent AHS Performance Marketing in key business reviews including operating planning reviews and quarterly and monthly business reviews Develop, report, and continually improve email channel performance metrics Hire/Coach/Develop the current team of external hires Build and Lead OP plans and 3YP vision docs A day in the life
You will develop a strategy to drive One Medical customer acquisition and engagement through customer behavioral analysis, customer research, retention program management, personalized content development, marketing channel management, and creative development. You will dive deep into regional performance, analyzing key funnel metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. A simple dashboard may not exist, so you will work with the Business Intelligence or Data Engineering team to build one from scratch. You will then meet with performance marketing channel managers to review the results of a location-based ad campaign and make data-driven decisions on budget allocation. Later, you will lead a strategic planning session with regional business stakeholders to outline the marketing plan for a new clinic opening, working backward from patient acquisition goals. A portion of your day will be dedicated to refining the regional marketing playbook, simplifying a process for local event execution based on feedback from clinic managers. You will end your day by preparing a data-rich document for a weekly business review, clearly communicating the incremental business impact of your team's initiatives to senior leadership. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with at least 4+ years developing and executing regional or field marketing strategies for a multi-location business (e.g., retail, healthcare, hospitality). Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing programs and collaborating with channel managers, product teams, and business leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to use data to justify decisions and drive strategy. Superior oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting strategies and results to senior leadership. High proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) to independently query data, analyze performance, and generate actionable insights. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field of study, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications
MBA or master’s degree in economics, marketing, finance, or a related, analytically rigorous field. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a culture of rigorous data analysis, experimentation, and measurement, where decisions are justified with data. Deep expertise in experimental design and analysis (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality measurement). Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry. Proven track record of developing scalable lifecycle management and engagement programs. A history of defining and executing innovative marketing strategies that have driven significant, measurable business growth.
