The Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and generate demand for the company's services. This role will collaborate closely with communications and business development to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a strong background in B2B/B2G marketing, digital strategy, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and targets key market segments for all business services with specific focus on home to school transportation. Drive lead generation and work in tandem with the sales team to ensure quality pipeline development. Lead the creation and execution of demand generation campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand awareness. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Enhance the company’s online presence through SEO, paid advertising, social media, and web optimization. Monitor and report on performance metrics and analytics, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness. Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership content. Ensure compliance with corporate brand requirements and communicate requirements effectively across organization. Support the writing and editing of proposal content to support our new business and retention efforts that creatively and effectively tells our story. Develop and keep current effective collateral materials describing the advantages that each of our product lines brings to their customers. Collaborate on the company’s tradeshow effort including identifying what shows we should attend sponsorships and prospective customer events. Pay range for this position is $155,000-$175,000 annual salary. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 7-10 years business development marketing experience. Proven expertise in working with stakeholders across organizational lines to foster collaborative relationships and partnerships Working knowledge of information technology, enabling tools and technologies (e.g. CRM, Business Intelligence tools, Research tools, Sales Force Automation tool, M & A software, related tools), transportation-related software, and MS Office Suite Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI. Knowledge of effective proposal writing techniques, methods, and best practices complemented by marketing experience, preferably within the transportation industry.
