We are seeking a Lead Marketing Manager to join our growing team and elevate the Green Envee brand across both
B2B (spas, estheticians, wellness professionals)
and
B2C (direct-to-consumer)
audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative storyteller with experience in esthetics, skincare, or beauty. This person will lead integrated marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency, driving customer engagement, and delivering measurable results that align with our mission and vision. This position will work closely with the Director of Marketing. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in skincare marketing or esthetic industry settings. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Brand Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth across B2B and B2C channels. Uphold and communicate Green Envee’s luxury, wellness-driven brand identity across all platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities within the professional skincare and consumer spaces. Campaign & Content Management Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, PR, influencer partnerships, and events. Collaborate with creative teams or agencies to produce engaging content (social posts, blogs, video, and visuals) that highlight our clean beauty expertise and professional credibility. Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives. Digital Marketing Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, and website optimization to grow brand visibility and conversions. Lead social media strategy, ensuring alignment with Green Envee’s elegant, nurturing, and aspirational tone of voice. Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns for ROI. Partner with sales, product development, and leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals. Support product launches, trade shows, and professional education initiatives. Manage vendor and agency relationships, and potentially mentor junior marketing staff. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs such as lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Create regular performance reports with actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5+ years of marketing experience , preferably in skincare, esthetics, or beauty/wellness. Proven success in managing both
B2B and B2C marketing initiatives . Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards, social scheduling). Creative thinker with a passion for wellness, sustainability, and beauty. Preferred Experience: Background in esthetics, skincare, spa/wellness, or luxury beauty. Familiarity with professional skincare distribution (B2B) and direct-to-consumer marketing (B2C).
