What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of key vendor accounts, partnering closely with Merchandising counterparts to foster strong vendor relationships.
  • Provide best-in-class, strategic media plans to vendor partners, leveraging expertise in ecommerce, media planning, client services, and analytics to support data-centric decision making.
  • Collaborate with media managers, planners, and associates, as well as cross-functional teams including eCommerce Product Management, Merchandising, and Marketing.
  • Partner with agency teams to support media activation and campaign execution.
  • Drive program optimization through site analytics and testing, continuously refining customer contact strategy for improved results.
  • Deliver white glove service for mid-tier vendor partners and develop impactful communications of progress and impact.
  • Identify and prioritize incremental opportunities and innovation, surfacing vendor feedback to generate feature enhancements for SMN.
  • Maintain a pulse on financial reporting for key vendor accounts and manage to the overall SMN P&L.
  • Make independent decisions across your book of business around account strategy and management, with explicit sales targets to hit for the year and by period.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in cross-functional environments.
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical abilities and experience in fact-based analysis to support decision-making.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of delivering persuasive insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, revenue, and strategic alignment by educating and partnering with merchandising and technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of merchandising sales and margin objectives, digital media channels, retail media networks, and the current Adtech/Martech landscape.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital media role.

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
