Overview As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of influencer seeding campaigns and strategy development in the beauty & wellness categories. This hybrid role is based in our New York office or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. What you’ll do Manage day-to-day Influencer seeding campaigns with the team Act as client lead, ensuring deadlines are met, work-back plans are curated, and cross-functional collaboration with other specialty teams Capable of overseeing gifting / seeding programs at a very large scale Support oversight of multi-brand influencer seedings, including identification, outreach, content monitoring, FTC compliance, and reporting Assist in providing client counsel and support junior team development Support client education and internal team training on influencer seeding value Maintain consistent knowledge of client and landscape, generating ideas to amplify efforts through Influencer seeding Understand and provide thought leadership on Influencer, beauty and cultural trends and issues General/Client Service Provide exceptional client servicing, educating clients throughout the beauty influencer campaign process Assist in leading client communications and support idea development Participate in client meetings and planning sessions This position is a perfect fit for you if You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines What you should have 5+ years of experience in a role with experience driving organic influencer community building programming in the beauty space Strong understanding of the beauty influencer landscape, specifically managing seeding campaigns across fragrance, nails, haircare, skincare, and color cosmetics Experience managing a team and supporting learning and development and mentorship Demonstrated proficiency in social media, both personally and professionally Must have experience with Influencer and Social Media tools including Traackr, CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, and Captiv8 Experience overseeing large-scale gifting and seeding campaigns desired Strong and comfortable presenting to clients/public speaking You are proactive & hungry, bringing fresh ideas and improvement processes to the table Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic storytelling Ability to collaborate effectively with teams Strong project management skills with impeccable attention to detail Pay Range $100,000.00-$115,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
