Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Overview Trumark Homes is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the Corporate Marketing team. This role will provide critical coordination across communications and content initiatives, ensuring marketing programs are executed seamlessly and on time. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help bring Trumark’s brand to life across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities PR and Corporate Communications: Post approved press releases and homeowner testimonials to the Trumark Homes blog/news section and coordinate external distribution on social channels.
Internal Communications: Source content and manage LiveTru Newsline, Trumark’s internal Corporate Marketing newsletter, published on a quarterly basis. Route BeeFree drafts for review and approval.
Partner with HR and agency to highlight relevant holiday and observance content that celebrates employees and company culture on Trumark’s organic social channels.
Content & Campaign Management: Maintain the corporate social media calendar, managing content reviews, approvals in Gain, and ensuring alignment with brand voice.
Review monthly content calendar in Monday.com and ensure alignment with divisional marketing and corporate marketing needs.
Support for quarterly sales campaigns across multiple channels, including organic social.
Coordinate ad hoc design and marketing requests, partnering with in-house Graphic Designer to create on-brand materials.
Brand Programs & Recognition: Coordinate award submissions, gathering content and managing requirements as needed. Partner with Finance and agency teams to gather content for the yearly TruPulse presentation and recap video.
Support Trumark’s partnership with charity: water, including coordinating assets, updating website to align with impact tracker, and posting charity:water press releases on blog and social.
Partner with Icon Lending and divisional marketing teams to maintain branding consistency across website updates, flyers, videos, and other marketing content.
Budget & Operations: Manage invoicing for ongoing fees and corporate marketing projects, track budgets, and ensure timely submission.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of marketing or communications experience (homebuilding, real estate, or related industry a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar; project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com); and email design tools (e.g., BeeFree) is preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools is expected.
Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a proactive, collaborative work style.
