Overview User Experience Researcher (Bangkok-based, Relocation provided) — Bangkok, Thailand. Relocation package provided to assist with employment and living arrangements in Bangkok. This role is open to worldwide candidates. UX Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, and deliver research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions. Research findings inform product design, user experience, market strategy and product direction at Agoda. About Agoda Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. Responsibilities Demonstrate critical thinking beyond explicit business requests and guide research objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis and communication from end to end. Lead core end-to-end research activities and inform product teams with actionable findings. Work collaboratively in a dynamic, data-driven environment to shape product direction and user experience. Qualifications Master degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research Experience with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, observations, think-aloud usability testing, etc.) Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, analysis) Experience evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data Strong storytelling and communication skills; able to engage business, design, and engineering stakeholders in English Collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Collaboration & Communication Drive cross-discipline collaboration through research insights Collaborate efficiently with researchers and other disciplines with clear ownership and commitments Communicate clearly and concisely, tailoring style for different audiences Equality & Compliance Equal Opportunity Employer.
