We are currently seeking an Advertising Account Executive within our advertising practice who is passionate about making social change. This role will be pivotal in campaign trafficking and supporting account operations. It requires a detail-oriented mindset, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to using advertising to advance social impact.
Responsibilities Trafficking and Media Planning
Trafficking of small and medium-sized advertising campaigns
Update trafficking spreadsheets to ensure internal and external alignment
Manage key creative deadlines with vendors and outlets
Support development and execution of integrated media plans across video, display, social, audio, and offline channels
Prepare and maintain media roadmaps
Research and Reporting
Conduct media research and audience analysis using syndicated tools to inform planning decisions
Collate reporting from vendors and platforms on a weekly and monthly basis
Translate technical advertising nomenclature into client-friendly language
Communicate campaign performance to clients on a regular basis
Provide insight on weekly media optimizations
Contribute to comprehensive final reports on campaign performance against benchmarks and controlled experiments
Participate in team brainstorms and vendor outreach to contribute to strategic planning
Digital Marketing
Implement Google Analytics and other insight/traffic tools
Install Google Tag Manager on agency-developed websites
Develop UTM codes for ad source attribution
Compile email and SMS reporting to support direct response campaigns
Support copywriting and content development for email, SMS, or social media campaigns as needed
Administrative
Act as a principal note-taker on internal and external calls
Schedule meetings with agency and client teams
Client Relations
Prepare and/or review activity and status reports for clients
Contribute to client decks and media plan presentations
Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in advertising, digital marketing or creative trafficking
Ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated resourcefulness, optimism, and flexibility
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Demonstrated writing and editing skills
Curiosity and a passion for advertising
Salary successfully benchmarked against industry standards with published salary bands across levels
Salary for Account Executive = $65,000
